When will my monthly subscription amount be withdrawn from my account?
All initial order amounts will be withdrawn immediately from your credit/debit card or banking account when your order form is submitted. Subsequent monthly payments will come out on either the first or the fifteenth of each month depending on your initial subscription date. If you have a preference as to when you would like to have us take your payment out, email us at support@librariesofhope.org and we will set your withdrawal date accordingly.
How do I have the books sent to my children or grandchildren?
The simplest way to accomplish this is to complete a separate order form for each recipient with their name and address in the "Shipped To" fields on the order form. If you have difficulty with this Click Here or email us at support@librariesofhope.org with your Name, Telephone Number, and Email Address and give a time when we can contact you.
Can I choose which titles will be sent to me each month?
Unfortunately not. The same title is sent to each subscriber each month. This is one of the ways we keep our costs down.
Will I know in advance what title I will be receiving each month?
Yes. Please refer to the Book Schedule page. If, for any reason, you do not want to receive that particular title, just follow the suspension procedure listed below.
How can I suspend my subscription for a month?
Simply email us and inform us that you want to suspend your subscription before the 1st of the month and we will not withdraw your payment or ship a book to you that month. The following month the subscription will be reinstated.
How can I permanently discontinue my subscription?
Simply email us and inform us that you want to cancel your subscription and the withdrawal and shipping of your books will be discontinued.
Will I be able to receive the titles which were published prior to when I signed up?
Yes. Titles will be republished on an annual basis, so eventually all regular subscribers can receive all titles.
